The MOST IMPORTANT to reduce ESTROGEN DOMINANCE and then a FAT belly are the CRUCIFEROUS veggies like BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, BRUSSELS SPROUTS, CELERY, KALE, CABBAGE, PARSLEY, RADISH, TURNIP, COLLARD GREENS and MUSTARD GREENS.
You should eat 2-3 servings per DAY! This is because these CRUCIFEROUS veggies REDUCE the ESTROGEN levels which can lead to more harmful problems besides a FAT belly – cancer of the breast and uterine.
Other good veggies are BELLY BLASTERS like ASPARAGUS and SPINACH.
